Hi, I'm Amber Brondel and I'm excited you're here! I am CITY's Associate Publisher, which is a fancy way of saying I do a variety of things at Jefferson City Magazine. You may find me helping with editorial projects (like photoshoots, which are so fun!), representing the magazine at community events, selling advertisements in print and digital formats, and tackling behind the scenes-type stuff, like invoicing and other important but not-as-sexy administrative tasks.
I come from a background of marketing. I am a proud graduate of Blair Oaks High School, and after graduation I went on to complete my bachelor's degree in Business in Marketing at the University of Missouri-Columbia (go tigers!). Following graduation, I worked for nearly ten years as the Marketing & Communications Director for the United Way of Central Missouri before joining the Jefferson City Magazine team. With a deep passion for our community and also creative details, I truly enjoy my job! I look forward to continuing to help share the stories of this community through our pages.
